Support for Implementation & Research (SIR) is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified organization, which provides technical and physical support to implement the developmental programs at the grass root level and also conduct research on socio-economic issues. The technical support is ensured by means of management consultancy, training, counseling, etc. SIR has developed the DPR of Rashtriya Sam Vikas Yojana, initiated by Planning Commission, Government of India, for district- Hamirpur and district- Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh (Budget: Rs. 45.00 Crore for each district). It was welcomed, sanctioned and successfully implemented. Later on, on the vision of then President of India, Hon’ble APJ Abdul Kalam, a DPR on PURA scheme for district– Azamgarh was developed by SIR to Provide Urban Amentias in Rural Areas (PURA).

The physical support is made available in the form of the implementation of overall programs, providing skilled manpower, infra-structures, IEC materials, and reliable transportation facilities, etc. at the village level. SIR has been carrying out many government-sponsored programs mostly for women empowerment, Self-employment, Education, Agriculture, Health, promotion.

The mission of SIR is the sustainable growth of human beings by empowering them socially, economically, educationally and physically. We dream to form such a society, where is no place for the identity of caste, region, religion, language, income, etc. Everybody of the society could feel pleasure in helping others without any expectation and everybody try not to be dependent upon others for help but keep trying on one’s own. There should be a friendly, loving, sacrificing, emotional, moral, professional, accountable, and positive environment to lead a cheerful life.

The goal of SIR is to reduce the drudgery of common people. The drudgery might be related with consumption i.e. Economical, or access/recognition i.e. Social factor, knowledge i.e. Education, or health i.e. Physical factors.

Legal Status, and Year of Incorporation:
SIR is duly registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Regn. No. 2556/96) in 1996, having FCRA (Regn. No.136550225), Income-Tax Deptt (PAN no.AAAAS9742G) registration.

SIR has been working in three states i.e. Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Maharastra. The head office of SIR is situated in Lucknow and it has five branch offices in U.P. (Hardoi, Shahjahanpur, Raebareli, Azamgarh and Jaunpur), One Branch Office in Madhya Pradesh at Bhopal and one Branch office in Maharastra at Navi Mumbai.
